Retained by Rio Arriba County to assess and replace the headworks system serving the Tierra Amarilla Adult Detention Center wastewater treatment plant. S3W conducted site visits, environmental report analysis, and drone-based LiDAR data collection to assess existing conditions and advance design (30% design). The replacement headworks includes a new concrete channel with manual bypass, a rotary bar screen, and a flow meter.
