Planning and design for approximately 177 acres in Alcalde, New Mexico, for a new commercial development — including new roads, utilities, bike/pedestrian trails, and site grading. The four-phase effort (research/preliminary design, final design, bidding, and construction administration) required close coordination with a planning committee representing the Española Public Schools District, the North Central Regional Transit District, North Central Solid Waste Association, the Alcalde MDWCA, and other stakeholders.
