Replacement WWTP — Owner's Representative

S3W provides professional consulting, owner's-representative, design-review, operational, regulatory, procurement, and safety support to help the City define the project scope and design basis for a Design-Build or Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) replacement of its approximately 6-MGD membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment plant. The existing plant is more than 60 years old and serves roughly 87,200 residents.
