S3W rehabilitated the existing 50,000-gpd wastewater treatment plant serving the Village of Cochiti — rebuilding the headworks and screening equipment, installing a new SCADA monitoring and control system, relining the existing effluent lagoon, and pumping and removing accumulated solids.

Outcome

Completed in approximately six months, on schedule and with zero change orders, then transitioned into ongoing operation and maintenance by S3W's certified operators.
