S3W selected for Dixon Elementary septic Design-Build

We're designing and building a new septic tank and leach field to replace the failing system at Dixon Elementary School.

Española Public Schools District has selected SouthWest Water Works to design and construct a new septic tank and leach field system for Dixon Elementary School in Dixon, New Mexico.

The existing leach field serving the school has failed. S3W is delivering the replacement as a self-performed Design-Build, which keeps design, permitting, and construction with one team.

The award builds on S3W's district-wide operations and maintenance contract, under which we operate and maintain the well and wastewater systems at five of the District's elementary schools.
